Zionex Partners with Nurosoft to Expand AI-Powered Supply Chain Solutions in Indonesia

-Companies to jointly pursue AI demand forecasting and inventory optimization opportunities based on Nurosoft’s ERP customer network

-Initial focus on Indonesia’s food & beverage and consumer goods manufacturing and distribution sectors

Zionex, an AI-powered enterprise solutions provider (CEO Dongsik Yoo), announced that it has entered into a partnership with PT. Nuroho Software Consulting (Nurosoft), an Indonesian IT consulting and ERP implementation company, to expand its AI-powered supply chain solutions business in Indonesia.

In Indonesia, interest is growing in using data accumulated in ERP systems to improve demand forecasting, optimize inventory, and enhance supply chain decision-making. In response to this demand, Zionex and Nurosoft plan to introduce Zionex’s AI-powered supply chain management (SCM) solutions to companies in the Indonesian market.

Based in Surabaya, Indonesia, Nurosoft specializes in ERP implementation and IT consulting and has completed projects across a wide range of industries, including food and beverage, consumer goods, mining, and data centers. The company has broad project experience in areas such as ERP implementation and supply chain digitalization for both global and local companies, including German healthcare company Beurer and Indonesian food and beverage manufacturer Real Food.

Under the partnership, Zionex will provide its AI-powered supply chain planning technologies and solutions, while Nurosoft will be responsible for local sales and marketing, customer development, implementation and consulting, technical support, and maintenance. This will establish a local business structure capable of supporting customers throughout the entire process, from solution sales and implementation to ongoing customer support.

The two companies will initially focus on identifying AI-powered supply chain solution opportunities among food and consumer goods companies where Nurosoft already has ERP implementation and support experience. They then plan to expand into a broader range of manufacturing and distribution companies, helping customers improve AI-based demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and overall supply chain planning.

A key part of the strategy is to connect enterprise data accumulated in ERP systems with Zionex’s AI-powered SCM solutions to improve supply chain decision-making. By combining Zionex’s technology with Nurosoft’s ERP implementation capabilities and local customer network, the companies aim to expand their customer reach in the Indonesian market.

The companies also plan to explore future opportunities to apply Zionex’s generative AI and AI agent technologies to supply chain planning processes as part of their ongoing collaboration.

“An important goal of this partnership is to help Indonesian companies make better use of the data accumulated in their ERP systems for real-world supply chain decision-making,” said Dongsik Yoo, CEO of Zionex. “Through this collaboration, we hope to build meaningful customer success cases in Indonesia and set up a foundation for expanding new business opportunities across Southeast Asia.”
